Webstore Policy:

Our webstore is primarily for in-store pick-up purchases.  If you would like items to be shipped, contact us prior to purchasing for a shipping quote.  Trading card game items, such as Digimon and Pokemon, aren't eligible for shipping.  Other collectible and limited edition items may also be in-store sale only.  We are a brick and mortar store first and foremost, and serving our local customer base is our highest priority.

When you purchase an item via our webstore, you may choose to pay in-store or pay online.  Items purchased without payment will be held for 24 hours before being released back into inventory and returned to our brick and mortar shelves.  Items purchased with payment will be held for 72 hours.  Paid items which have not been picked up within 72 hours will be refunded less a 25% nonrefundable restocking fee.  Customers who routinely do not pick up products they've reserved through our webstore will no longer be eligible to reserve items through it.   

Many items in our inventory are not available through our webstore or are only available through our webstore in limited or restricted quantities.  We will cancel duplicate orders which attempt to skirt our quantity limits.

If you purchase an item through our webstore, you must pick it up yourself with ID. 

Purchase Policy (applies to in-store and online):

Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.  Open items that are returned due to defect may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days of purchase.  Trading card game products, including single cards, booster packs, and box sets containing cards are not eligible for returns and are final sale products.  Any products with "surprise" or "mystery" contents, such as D&D, Pathfinder, and Heroclix miniature boosters are also final sale items.  Purchases during the holiday season may be eligible for store-credit refunds the final week of December, even if they are past the 14 day return window.

Preorder Policy Preorders are currently only available in-store.

Your Privacy Flipped Table LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does Flipped Table LLC protect customer information? We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Flipped Table Games disclose the information it collects to outside parties? Flipped Table LLC does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Flipped Table LLC. Flipped Table LLC may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Flipped Table LLC may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Flipped Table LLC, our users, or others.
